About

Hi - It's nice to meet you! You have already taken the first step to becoming a better version of yourself. Many of the clients that I work with have undergone some type of trauma and/or are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, or a toxic or abusive relationship. Additionally, I have started serving women who are experiencing postpartum anxiety and/or depression.

I am a warm, compassionate therapist, who genuinely has your best interest as a person and as a part of the healing process. I believe that the best way to heal is to dive deep into the issues that are the hardest to talk about. This can potentially be overwhelming, but you are in charge of this process. I am happy to meet you where you are at.

Therapy can be a overwhelming process, but I am here to make a bit easier. I utilize Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I look forwards to working with you!
