I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individual adults (18+) and couples. I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, and I am actively working toward becoming a trauma-certified counselor. Additionally, I worked in substance abuse treatment facilities for almost two years, providing both group and individual sessions.
