About

Life can be quite challenging. Has life turned out differently than you hoped? Do you feel stuck or uncertain what to do with your emotions? We tend to either minimize our emotions or let them run wild, and either way, it can keep us from the life and relationships we desire. Feelings can steer us to flourishing places if we have the skills to gain insight into what they are telling us and respond to them effectively. I approach clients with compassion, empathy, and kindness to work collaboratively to foster connection with yourself and others.

I work with clients to gain insight to their behaviors and emotions and respond effectively. Although I work with a wide variety of concerns, these are a few that I work with most often: grief/loss, anxiety, Christian faith and spirituality concerns, major life transitions, relationship concerns, communication, depression, and career discernment.

A strong relationship between the counselor and client is the key to successful therapy. Often the first step to change is having a safe space. I would love to connect with you through an initial phone call to hear more about what you are experiencing and discuss potentially working together.
