Currently accepting new clients. Seeking help can be overwhelming and is a process that requires courage and strength. Vulnerability can be scary, but it can also be the catalyst for growth and help us live out the most authentic version of ourselves. I am passionate about helping others live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I practice with the belief that people are capable of more than they think and that everyone has the capacity to change. Although people may come to therapy to address a variety of concerns, the overall goal is to live a more successful life. My approach to counseling is specifically tailored to each client’s needs. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life-transitions, behavioral problems, communication issues, conflicts with self-esteem, grief and loss, and other varying issues. By providing a safe and comfortable environment, I can help you face life’s challenges directly by fostering insight and increasing self-awareness. I have a laid-back, open therapeutic approach and want to meet you where you're at! I welcome the opportunity to work with you and look forward to our journey together!
