I am a licensed social worker with a passion for helping people work through life’s stressors and creating spaces for people to be their most authentic self. With several years of experience, I have worked with children, adults, families, and couples with an emphasis on self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related diagnosis. As a person and professional, my motto is to “Be where your feet are,” which encourages individuals to be present with themselves and their feelings in the moment and learn new ways to detach from things that no longer serve us. Your personal experience is valid and worth exploring. One of my favorite quotes is "just because someone else is in a full body cast, that doesn't mean your broken arm doesn't hurt."
