About

When life and relationships feel scattered, confusing, and overwhelming, connecting with ourselves and others is essential. But what happens when connection is hard to find, or cultivate? Many are not taught how to be with emotions, respond well to stressors, or navigate complicated situations. This can result in losing a sense of connection - your biggest resource. Transitions from this place are difficult, and you may not even know what support looks like. Perfectionism, anxiety, avoidance, stuck-ness, and insecure relationships are what we may see on the surface, though the root issues can be harder to identify and resolve. View 4 Photos

In therapy, you will receive an empathetic, emotionally centered space to feel heard. If you are a highly sensitive and creative women born into dysfunctional family systems, you are probably working to heal from emotional neglect and/or trauma. In our work together, you will experientially learn how to accept yourself, connect securely, and love more fully.

Every person has access to a version of themselves who is beautiful, vibrant, clear, and lovable. And forming just one stable relationship with a present and skilled therapist can change the entire course of a life. If this is the experience you'd like to cultivate for yourself and you'd like to discuss working together, I'm happy to chat!
