About

Hey there, I'd love to hear more about what brings you into therapy. Please reach out to schedule a time to connect and see if working together is a good next step. In our conversation, we would explore what has been on your mind? What questions are you currently wrestling with? What brings you joy? Who are your people? It is important to me to learn what you need to get the most out of a therapeutic space. I hope my clients leave our time together feeling connected, understood, and at times challenged to look at something differently.

In our initial conversation, I'd also share more about myself and my background and training. My therapeutic philosophy is centered around relationships - both with one another and the relationship we have with ourselves. We are deeply impacted by the systems around us, our identities, and of course our pasts.

My therapeutic process and view is informed as much by my extensive community based work with youth and families as it is from my own experiences as a queer person navigating identity, relationships, and my own mental health. If you're ready and available to have this initial conversation, please reach out.
