Specialties include combating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and many more. When addressing depression, our therapist teach strategies to assist with negative thoughts and difficult situations. For anxiety, we help uncover the underlying cause of worry, teach how to relax, & gain a new perspective/outlook to develop healthy coping skills. When crisis arise that affect our mental & emotional health, some may feel like no one understands, no one cares, feel judged, or embarrassed.
