We want to help you become your favorite YOU! We are Katie, Jen, Elizabeth, and Meaghan, and are so excited to work with you. Talking can be hard, try making art instead. Our mission is to give people the opportunity to heal, grow, explore, and be witnessed through the power of art. We believe every person has the ability to create, express, and benefit from the creative process. With extensive experience with autism, neurodivergence, and intellectual disabilities, Art People uses a humanistic approach that includes people of all abilities and backgrounds. With the belief that art is for ALL people, we provide a safe and creative space to explore, learn, and grow. Sometimes it is hard to express yourself with verbal language, and we get it, talking is hard. Did you know that art therapy is for people of all ages and background, regardless of artistic experience? At Art People, we provide a safe space for clients to navigate life through the creative process.
