About

I currently practice individual therapy (16 years old and up) from our BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Spanish-speaking communities, as well as those experiencing complex PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I understand that everyone has unique needs and experiences, and I am committed to creating an approach that best fits my client's needs. As a therapist, I am passionate about exploring the impact of oppression and inequality on mental health. I aim to take a holistic approach where I include both the mind and body. View 4 Photos

My approach is informed by my training in Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am also open to integrating my clients personal healing and medicinal practices into our work together. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I strive to give my clients control over what they want our sessions to look like.

I value feedback & always strive to create a brave and supportive space for healing. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I welcome my clients' input & suggestions. My goal is to create an environment where my clients feel seen, heard, and validated, and where they can explore their deepest fears and hopes with compassion & curiosity
