About

I enjoy open, honest, and straightforward people who are ready to dig into what is important to them. I am also comfortable being there to walk beside them as they explore complex experiences and feelings to better understand the life changes that would be most helpful for them. I especially enjoy working with people who want to find ways to better cope through nervous system regulation or helping people manage OCD and anxiety through exposure work. I have specialized training in CBT ERP exposures, which is an industry gold standard treatment for OCD, anxiety, and panic. View 6 Photos

I am a neurodivergent therapist who identifies as autistic and has also raised an autistic son. I have the life experience paired with a specialization in working with neurodivergent adults. I understand that neurodivergent persons need to know the why and not just the how, and I focus on a bottom-up approach to support these clients.

Life is tough, and sometimes, we just need someone to listen or give us the encouragement we need to believe that tomorrow can be better. I am here to tell you life can be better! I am excited to meet you and learn about who you are and how I can help. Please feel free to reach out, and let's get started on your journey to your best life!
