My ideal client is between the ages of 25-40, struggling with managing emotional distress, and often has issues with relationships in their lives. My ideal client is in a place where they are ready to do the work, even if it's uncomfortable. Their needs are often centered around building confidence, improving emotional regulation, setting boundaries, and building healthy relationships with themselves and others. My clients desire to obtain peace in their lives, even if that means letting go of what no longer serves them.
