About

Healing happens relationally–within our communities, our families, and within ourselves. Therapy works best if we can build a safe and trusting relationship, so you should know a little bit about who I am! I am a white, queer and trans femme musician turned therapist. I am areligious, but I find many experiences to be deeply spiritual, including cooking, being in community with others, singing together, and walking in nature. Folks who do well with me don't fit the status quo, are navigating transitions, are noticing patterns in their relationships they want to examine and change, and are in search of healing and transformation.

Nobody knows your life better than you. My job is to foster a collaborative and trusting space where you feel safe to explore your anxiety, your fear, your trauma, and your grief. You might discover a more liberated sense of your desires and boundaries, more ease in meeting life's challenges, and the ability to form deeper relationships with others.

Reaching out can feel scary or embarrassing. The world can be unwelcoming to those who don't fit the norm, and finding help is often easier for folks with the most privilege. You shouldn't have to justify your lifestyle or educate your therapist. Therapy should feel safe and welcoming to every part of you. Please reach out to see if we would be a good fit.
