About

Accepting New Patients --- Taking the step to begin therapy is a brave choice. I understand that it frequently comes at a time of vulnerability when emotional pain or life problems are intense. As a therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to begin understanding life circumstances that are creating concerns for you. I approach therapy as a collaborative process and understand the importance of trust and empathy in the therapeutic relationship. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and I work with people of all ages.

My work with children/adolescents includes: anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, and coping with family, peer, or life issues. My work as a child/adolescent therapist includes work with parents as well. My work with adults includes anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life transitions, relationship issues, and parenting issues, among others.

It is within the context of a supportive relationship that we can best understand our concerns and find our strengths to cope and grow. If you feel that I can be helpful to you in this way, please reach out to me to set up an initial consultation.
