We all have the desire to experience connection and contribution to the community beyond ourselves. Often on this journey, we experience significant challenges and stuck periods. I believe each individual has the capability to overcome these obstacles given a nurturing and supportive environment. When working with clients, I attempt to provide this environment in order for my clients to enact meaningful change in their lives. I have been a licensed MFT in the state of Hawaii for over 10 years. I previously worked at a women’s shelter specializing in assisting women with a trauma history in transitioning to parenthood. A particular passion of mine is supporting parents of young children. I would love to help you take care of yourself during this time. I am looking forward to assisting you on your healing journey and in building a purposeful life with a supportive community.
