About

Counseling is a deeply personal process, and it is a courageous step to engage those areas in your life that are asking for your presence. I am a Christian counselor who believes that every individual was created to be known, pursued, and cared for. I seek to support each individual by creating a safe space for the authentic self to thrive. Throughout the process, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and supportive approach as we navigate a path toward wholeness.

Together we will explore the next steps in your healing journey by discovering patterns, ways of being, and challenges that are causing distress. I utilize attachment theory, emotional focused therapy, and family systems theory, to help guide the therapeutic process.

I have a special interest in supporting couples navigate the more difficult challenges of marriage and family issues, and I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress management, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional abuse, and family issues. It would be an honor to support you in your healing journey.
