About

Reaching out for counseling takes courage and strength. Whether you are seeking support for a life stressor, a recent loss, to explore who you are, to address mental health challenges, or to navigate relationship difficulties, I welcome your contact. My goal is to offer you a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard and validated. I bring warmth, compassion, skill, and caring attention to help you along your journey, and together, we will develop treatment goals, clarify your core values, strengthen coping strategies, and engage in self-exploration leading to lasting change and growth.

I have been a practicing clinician in California and Michigan for 20 years, working in a variety of mental health and medical settings. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I specialize in Eating Disorders, Grief & Loss, Anxiety, Couples' Counseling, Family Therapy, ADHD, Depression, and those with chronic medical conditions.

I believe that a good connection with your therapist is more important than their particular therapeutic approach. I will work with you as a unique individual to develop a treatment plan that integrates the right strategies to ensure that you feel supported and empowered. I wish you the best as you begin, or continue, your therapy journey.
