I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which emphasizes mindfulness, acceptance, and commitment to living a meaningful life. I have a particular focus on depression, anxiety, chronic conditions, and other mood disorders. My goal is to help clients overcome obstacles and create a life that aligns with their aspirations.
