I am a licensed clinical social worker, addiction specialist associate, and certified integrative mental health provider who takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to treating mental health and substance abuse disorders. Most recently I have completed training to become a certified ketamine-assisted psychotherapy provider. I have experience working with clients on a variety of issues, such as anxiety and panic disorders, depression, personal growth and self-esteem, general relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers), and addiction and substance misuse. I provide person-centered treatment, i.e. I use a variety of modalities and techniques to address the individual's needs and goals. Therapy is a tool to aid in one's own understanding and relationship to self, others, and the world. I provide a non-judgemental space to have honest conversations about what is creating distress in self while keeping accountability in the forefront.
