I work with clients who may be struggling with addictions or trauma as well as anxieties. During our initial sessions we will dive into the issues that are causing you to present for treatment and then collaborate on creating a plan that helps you get your life back. Most of my client see a gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and sustained improvement after that. I seek to further my understanding of the human condition which has lead to a deeper understanding of psychology and increased insight into human behavior. I have experience with addiction, ADHD, anxiety, depression, vocational counseling, relationship counseling as well as alcohol counseling.
