With the onset of natural disasters, threats to national peace, socio-economic tensions, individual hardships, and national debates, life can seem hard to navigate at times, especially when one is going through life transitions. These tangible and emotional hardships can impact our well-being, especially if we do not have the proper tools to work through the issues faced. Some of the things we encounter can seem overwhelming. I can assist you in your mental health journey, and together we can develop ways to deal with life’s challenges. In 2015, I graduated from Webster University with a master’s degree in Counseling. I have worked for private practice Mental Health agencies as well as the U.S. Army Behavioral Health and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, helping many veterans and civilians work through their PTSD. Additionally, I have worked in behavioral health centers assisting men, women, and children struggling with learning disorders. I'm here to assist my clients in achieving goals and adapting coping skills by using tools that are client-focused and evidence-based. I operate in a spirit of excellence and professionalism with everyone regardless of age, gender identity, race, socio-economic status, or sexual orientation.
