Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
In my many years of experience, I have been fortunate to witness the curative benefits of the therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples, and families, from young children to adults, who are suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, loss, and trauma continue to The children and adolescents I have had in my practice have struggled with issues of divorce, adoption, peer pressures, anxiety, depression, sibling rivalry, and social difficulties. Utilizing a somatic understanding and integrating EMDR, has deepened the work with many clients, especially those who have experienced trauma. Working with individuals, couples, parents, and children from preschool age to adulthood requires an integrative way of working. I am particularly experienced in individual work, developing a therapeutic relationship, and targeting interpersonal issues by exploring current relationships and emphasizing the impact of one's family of origin. In a safe, supportive environment, I work towards fostering reflective thinking, developing insight, unearthing compassion for oneself, understanding relationship patterns, and naming and regulating emotions. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you in finding hope and understanding in your life.
