People approach my door with different degrees of readiness for change, hope for the future, and understanding of themselves. I aim to guide you in building the life you want with confidence, whether you are new to therapy or a seasoned pro. Together, we will navigate your depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, disordered eating, trauma, and other challenges. As no two people are alike, my approach to therapy is varied based on your needs, which may include challenging long-held beliefs, listening and validation, or bringing a sense of humor into the room. I take an empathetic and forward moving approach to support adults searching for the source of their struggles and ways to overcome them. You will see me use CBT, DBT, ACT, and other more detailed approaches, including art therapy, all with a client-centered approach. The preferred methods of contact with the best turnaround time are email or text 720-432-4236, and I always try to get back to everyone within 48 hours. I look forward to getting to know you!
