About

I offer compassionate and confidential psychotherapy to adults. I believe that the aim of psychotherapy is to slow down and reflect on your feelings, on your relationships and on the patterns in your life that are stuck. Psychotherapy is beneficial to manifest who you would like to become and to live more authentically. Inherently, psychotherapy is concerned with relieving suffering, developing a deeper understanding of yourself, increasing self-acceptance and creating your individual path in life.

I am a Jungian analyst and I use dream work and other ways to access the unconscious such as memories, intuition and longings to access your inner truth. I also use mindfulness techniques to help you reshape habitual thoughts, behaviors and emotional patterns so that you experience increased well-being.

I bring a warm compassionate presence to the process of therapy to help you find more satisfying ways to be in relationship to others and to yourself. Together, you and I will work to remove obstacles that create suffering and to honor your heart's desires.
