About

Entering a counseling relationship can stir up mixed emotions. It's natural to feel some apprehension about inviting someone into your internal world. Regardless of your “why”for starting therapy, I value you as a unique individual and am here to accompany you with sensitivity, confidentiality, and insight as you explore and embody your free-est, truest self. I deeply value my role in accompanying you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy is rooted in existential/postmodern frameworks, which means I seek to understand you as a whole person and see your concerns as part of normal human experience. In addition to traditional modes of therapy, my sessions include work with therapy animals and exploration of the spiritual questions that accompany seasons of growth.

I especially enjoy working with 16-30 year olds, older adults, couples, and spiritual “seekers.” I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally-competent, and trauma-informed counselor. Reach out and connect with me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if I'm a good fit for you!
