About

Get busy living or... A stark choice laid bare by Andy Dufresne from The Shawshank Redemption. But what does it mean to live? Living is more than mere existence. It’s about experiencing joy, feeling connected, and finding purpose. It’s about overcoming challenges, embracing growth, and building resilience. Therapy is a catalyst for this transformation. It's a space where you can explore the depths of your being, understand your patterns, and develop tools to overcome obstacles. As a therapist with lived addiction and mental health recovery, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to heal and reclaim your life. View 4 Photos

I work with people experiencing issues related to complex trauma, PTSD, substance use, neurodivergence, and relationship issues. I partner with my clients to create an individualized approach utilizing evidence-based approaches such as EMDR therapy, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies, and CBT to name a few.

Therapy is about unlocking your potential and stepping into a life filled with meaning and purpose. I can help you achieve this. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions. Limited evening and weekend appointments are available.
