Life is full of adjustments and transitions. From childhood and teen years onto motherhood and parenting - and everything in between- navigating these stages with support can make the greatest impact, knowing you are not alone. I believe individuals need to feel heard, understood, and supported to find healing. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are and supporting them through these adjustments. I specialize in child therapy, as well as prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, adjusting to parenthood, and women’s issues. View 5 Photos I am a Licensed Mental Health Practioner and Licensed Professional Counselor. I also hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certifiation through Postpartum Support International. Reaching out is the first step. This essential step is vulnerable and takes bravery! My desire is to create a safe and warm environment to process and heal together. You are not alone and through support I hope we can begin to play, learn, and grow together.
