Anna is a licensed clinical social worker whose experience includes working with individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, family/interpersonal confit and peer relationships. Anna graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with Masters of Social Work in 2018 and has since worked with diverse populations over multiple clinical settings. Anna believes that therapy is a collaborative process grounded in compassion, empathy, unconditional acceptance. Anna uses an integrative approach to create a tailored approach in assisting you to meet your goals and overcome obstacles. Anna's approach is individualized and strength based to meet clients where they are and provide them with a safe environment to explore vulnerabilities, difficulties and challenges. Anna uses an integrative approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology and Stenght Based Therapies. Anna's goal as a therapist is to create a safe environment where you can express, grow and heal as you make your journey through life.
