About

I believe a huge part of what makes therapy work is the relationship between the client and the therapist. Practicing psychodynamic therapy allows me to be curious about and get to a deep understanding of a person’s experience of themselves, others and the world around them. This has allowed clients who have worked with me to feel seen, heard and safe in the therapy space, often leading to change and growth they are seeking. View 4 Photos

I have experience working with teens, adults and older adults surrounding suicidal ideation, self-harm, depression, trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, and struggles with life transitions.

I currently see clients in my office and via telehealth through Catalyst Mental Health. More information about myself and Catalyst can be found by clicking on the "website" link on the left-hand side of this page. The extension for my confidential voicemail at Catalyst Mental Health is extension 766.
