When people embark on their healing journey, Anna Olson recognizes that this is no small feat, and it takes a great deal of courage. Anna values collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. She focuses on her clients’ unique lived experiences, highlights their strengths, and feels it is a privilege to walk alongside them in their healing journey. Anna wholeheartedly believes that every person holds the capacity to forge meaningful pathways towards positive change and find their calm within the storm.

Anna Olson is a Licensed Social Worker. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago, and a BA in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College. Anna utilizes techniques from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and internal family systems.

In addition to Anna’s experience as a therapist, she also has experience with the neuropsychological evaluation process and holds a passion for appreciating how our neurochemistry impacts our emotional states and behaviors. In conjunction with her clinical work, Anna has experience utilizing her clinical skills in a pediatric neuropsychiatry program.
