About

Life is unpredictable and full of difficult moments that humble and challenge us all. Maybe you’re experiencing a loss, desiring deeper connection with yourself or in your relationships, or feeling ready to get unstuck from old patterns. Together, we will work to better understand the core of your struggles and develop skills for the kind of change you are seeking. I work with adults who want to strengthen their relationship with themselves to feel more present in their relationships, their experiences, and life's unfolding.

I am collaborative, holistic and trauma-informed in my approach. I believe that our histories, conscious and unconscious, inform both our lens about the world and how we move through it. I find the body often holds valuable information about what has gotten stuck and how to move forward. I work with a social justice lens and center your lived experience.

The therapist-client relationship is an opportunity to be witnessed, vulnerable, work through challenges, and have someone in your corner through life's ups and downs. If you'd like to learn more about my approach, I hope you'll reach out for a free 20-minute consult.
