I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual psychotherapy to adults presenting with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, vicarious trauma, relationship struggles, adjustment issues and maternal mental health. I meet clients where they are and we work together on their individual goals. I incorporate many approaches to therapy including narrative work, trauma-informed methods and mindfulness. My style is client-centered, relational and supportive. I work with clients to tailor sessions to individual needs and work with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to land where you feel heard. Individual work is my main interest. In addition to private practice, I am an adjunct lecturer at the Boston University School of Social Work where I teach adult clinical trauma courses. Prior to private practice, I worked in a hospital setting providing individual and group psychotherapy to adults. I have been licensed in Massachusetts for 12 years.
