Let’s face it, few if anyone’s life goes according to plan. Challenges, obstacles, and hardships come in many forms to each of us, at times knocking us down on the ground. They might be a chronic illness, death, debilitating depression, dysfunctional coping strategies, Many cannot be predicted and may surface at any time throughout one's life. To get back on our feet, we may need a hand to lift us, be taught new skills, and receive encouragement to keep moving forward. There is meaning and purpose in life. It is my hope to work with you on your journey to find the satisfaction you seek. I’ve had diverse experiences with teens, young adults, and adults. I have treated depression, anxiety, eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and dia-bulimia), loss, addiction, diabetes, kidney disease, and other chronic conditions. I offer a safe environment where to learn and progress towards an optimal quality of life. Just by seeking help, on this website, courage is being show. Whether it be for you or a loved one, I am glad you are taking the necessary steps. I believe in the growth and potential of every person, and in the capacity to overcome.
