About

I am passionate about offering a holistic approach to therapy that prioritizes helping clients connect and understand the link between mind and body. I have a background working with clients struggling with anxiety, OCD, negative self esteem, trauma related stressors, life transitions, and specific training in substance and behavioral addictions. I am a licensed social worker who obtained my Masters in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. View 5 Photos

I believe that real and lasting change comes from giving someone a space where they feel safe to authentically explore who they are and the world around them. I love working with individuals to understand more about themselves so that they can move forward in living the life they want!

My approach is warm, empathetic, and insightful to facilitate self exploration and personal growth. I'm ready to work with you in making sense out of the struggles you may be facing and gaining confidence in who you are!
