Accepting New Clients. Welcome! I have over six years of experience working with teenagers and adults. I specialize in working with clients who have gender identity issues, including transgender, those on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, sex and pornography addiction, Men's issues, family relationship problems, personality disorders, self-harming and suicidal ideation. My therapeutic approaches I use include supportive counseling, person-centered, strengths-based, CBT, DBT and trauma informed. I am a gender affirming therapist. I identify as a queer, neurodivergent therapist myself. Prior to working in private practice, I provided counseling specifically for individuals with a sex or pornography addiction. I am I am LGBTQ allied. I offer strengths-based, solution focused therapy. I use talk therapy, DBT and CBT approaches as well. I grew up in Washington and received a double major in Psychology and Law & Justice. My wife and I then moved to Phoenix where I received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to process anything troubling, help you make sense of it and work towards a lifestyle that is fulfilling.
