About

I have helped so many people dealing with issues of mid life crisis and beyond. I work with folks who had a remote father, a perfectionist mother, an angry spouse. I care for clients who experience anxiety, sadness and irritation. Sources of these feelings may be in childhood or illness, ageing or sometimes the old Peggy Lee song, “Is That All There Is?” We work together to find the old incident or belief and bring it forward to the present where it’s doing its mischief.

Once we find the old incident or belief we neutralize it using a variety of techniques, creating a clean space for your joy and success to happen in. I use committed conversations, some interpretations, occasionally, if you agree, hypnotherapy, EMDR, reading suggestions. Right now I am recommending Lori Gottlieb’s book “Maybe You Should See Someone “.

I provide career and life coaching. We discuss how to resolve family conflicts, deal with grief, approach women’s issues, and struggles with stress. I operate from a ground of, “Anything can be resolved in a committed conversation.” When we create the space and put in the time and effort we discover the opportunity to shift to a more satisfying way of life.
