I have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds successfully face a multitude of challenges related to family, school/work, post-partum, parenting, and self-image; including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment relationships (parent/child), trauma, grief and loss. I have worked with teens involved in sex trafficking, families experiencing domestic violence, kids struggling in social situations/school, and caregivers longing to create a more fulfilling relationship with their children. Every individual is unique, therefore, my therapeutic approach needs to be as well. You are the expert on your experiences. My role is to listen, build trust & understanding to help you develop the skills you need to face your specific life challenges.
