I care deeply about the relationship I establish with the people who come to see me in therapy. I work hard to provide clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment, in which they can feel comfortable being themselves. I know life can be difficult, but I truly believe that we all have the ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Knowing where to begin can be challenging , and that is what I am here for. I always work to meet clients where they are, and create a treatment plan based on their specific needs. View 4 Photos I do not work from a specific therapeutic modality, but rather a combination of many modalities to best meet each individual clients' needs. In the past I have worked with substance abuse and adult and child victims of domestic violence. Although I have treated a variety of mental health disorders, the majority of my work has been done with the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. I have experience using a variety of therapeutic modalities and have had specialized training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and play therapy.
