I'm Aneesah Landry, a licensed professional counseling in the state of Georgia. I mostly provide therapy based on the needs of the client. It is my goal to tailor the sessions to fit your desired goals in order to relieve or reduce the burden you may be feeling. I work with a variety of clients, but the majority of my clients suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, or relationship issues. I am comfortable treating a variety of issues, but I love an opportunity to consult with you in order to see if I will be able to assist you. The most common theoretical approaches that I used during the counseling session would be person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy. Nevertheless, therapy is completely tailored to fit your unique needs. My communication style is very positive, upbeat, yet calming. It is okay to just be you with me. I accept you as you are regardless of how you feel about yourself or what you might have dealt with in your past.
