I enjoy my work and clients a great deal. I take pleasure in life and am determined to bring a positive and supportive approach to our sessions while compassionately encouraging you to address the challenges you are facing. In that vein, I do have three 20-something (twin girls and a son) and have been a lifelong athlete. I was raised in Colorado but have lived in Central California, Philadelphia, Albuquerque and Austin. I have a broad set of life experiences which I hope will compliment my professional training to support you in your work. I work in Denver on Wednesdays midday to evening.
