I love helping people with anxiety and seeing them make positive changes. Working with OCD aligned well with my focus on anxiety and felt like a natural progression in my career. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our understanding of OCD's nuances enables us to properly diagnose and treat it effectively. We've received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard for OCD treatment. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or one of my colleagues, depending on your preferences. We'll get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
