About

We seek therapy when we feel stuck. When bumps in the road have caused us to become trapped in ways of thinking, feeling, or being that keep us from reaching our goals in life. Worries and negative thoughts fill our heads and cause us to feel that we are incapable of succeeding. We lose sight of experiencing any other way of being – of living without the anxiety, sadness, grief, loneliness, or stress.

Therapy can be a safe place for us to take a look at ourselves. To no longer be alone with those thoughts and feelings that we keep hidden. To have a place where we can safely examine what is keeping us stuck and find the parts of ourselves that help us move forward. In our work together, I hope we can build safety and trust to help you reach your goals.

If you are interested, please send me an email and we can find a time to talk. Our first meeting would be a 20 minute, consultation to discuss what you are looking for and to see if we are a good fit. I am currently only meeting via teletherapy. I look forward to hearing from you.
