About

My overall focus is on helping women be well - physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially. My areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, sports counseling, premarital counseling as well as stress related to phase of life problems. I am passionate about providing a safe place for women to discuss their mental health. I gravitate towards Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic therapies in my clinical work. I enjoy working with women to take evidenced-based approaches and tailoring these skills to for practical use in your daily life.

I am a former college athlete (tennis) and coach, certified in Sports Counseling. My goals are to provide a safe space for female athletes to focus on their emotional well-being, as well as provide support both in and out of your sport. Whether you are an avid runner, college athlete or a Saturday morning golfer, I am here to support you!

My goal as a counselor is to create a place where women can learn about and discuss their mental health concerns as well as learn practical tools to implement in your life. If that’s the kind of space you are needing, please reach out.
