Therapy can be a little intimidating at first, and I make every effort to put you at ease in an accepting, caring, non-judgmental way. I am a person-centered clinician, which means that I collaborate with you to come up with the goals you want to work on in therapy; it truly is all about you! Coming from a community mental health background, I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children, with 25 years' experience working with children and families. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger outbursts, and low self-esteem, among other things. I believe it is a privilege to be a part of your journey and offer an empathetic, non-judgmental environment in which we can work together to find balance in your life.
