About

Are you often tired, anxious, or triggered by your experiences and don’t understand why? Do you spend most of your time caring for others all the while longing to feel seen and heard yourself? When trying to move through change or simply understand yourself better, it is vital to have a space dedicated to tending to yourself. I am here to partner with you to increase your self-awareness and move from feelings of fear, anxiety, and shame, into presence, curiosity, and creativity. Note: No current openings for child and family therapy.

I bring expertise in neurodiversity-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and reducing burnout for individuals working in healthcare and education. I enjoy partnering with people moving through grief and working with themes of change and loss. My therapeutic style is one of warmth, openness, and curiosity.

Reach out if you are seeking a supportive space to explore who you are and learn to care for yourself as you care for others. Our work together will focus around your priorities and you can expect that I will treat you with positive regard, openness, and curiosity.
