Is a part of you feeling ready to engage in therapy but another part of you is anxious at the thought of becoming vulnerable? Or maybe there is a different part of you feeling hopeless, depressed, and wondering “Why even bother?” I will walk alongside you to assess the inner conflicts that may be present. Sometimes, the “inner conflict” happening is between these “parts.” By using scientific methods including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, we will tap into your inner world, explore the wisdom of the body, and learn to practice somatic embodiment and regulation strategies so that you can be able to cope with stressors and triggers in a way that helps to facilitate healing. I have experience working with individuals who struggle to navigate and manage some of these internal conflicts, work and life balance, grief, and trauma. If you're curious about learning more about me and my approach to treatment, check out my website and book a FREE 15-minute session!
