You deserve to live a life without things that hold you back, pull you down, or leave you in the dark. Whether this is an eating disorder that has stopped you from enjoying life or made you see yourself differently than how others see you, anxiety that has caused you to feel you cannot take a chance, or depression that has made you feel as though there is no way to cope, I want to work with you to help you find and understand your true self. Therapy is identifying what needs to change, taking those steps, and working to meet your goals. This journey can be challenging, however, you will find in the end it is very fulfilling. View 5 Photos I have experience in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (utilizing the Health At Every Size and All Foods Fit philosophies), anxiety, and those who have experienced trauma. I utilize many different theoretical frameworks and interventions. I am licensed in VA and can offer telehealth in DE, MA, SC, & VT. I am EMDR trained. I understand it can be challenging and maybe even scary to take the first step and share you may need support; I am here for you and you are not alone. I will walk alongside you through the darkness, help you see how to pull back up, and guide you through allowing yourself to find hope. We all deserve to hold onto and have hope.
