I help teens and adults struggling with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, numb, overcome with self-criticism, a lack of security in relationships, or stuck in old patterns that seem to block them from being the person they want to be or living the life they want to live. I am inspired by and honored to work with those motivated to heal, to quiet the internal chaos, to release negative internal stories, especially those rooted in trauma, and to open the door to clarity, compassion, confidence, and security within the self. My counseling approach is founded on the belief that we hold immense capacity & wisdom to heal. Grounded in attachment & systems theories, I utilize a model that privileges your emotional experience, helping you to make sense of your internal world and create space for something new. I come alongside you to safely navigate trauma & various emotional wounds. Counseling is challenging. It takes courage. And, I believe in your ability to grow and heal.
