Hello, I believe that counseling can be a crucial part of reaching your personal potential. I strive to come alongside each client or couple in their journey and assist them in reaching their goals. I desire to explore each unique story in order to help the client increase self-awareness, understand and process unresolved issues and hurts, gain new skills and implement practical strategies for a healthier and more purposeful life. Above all, I hope to create a safe space for healing to occur and genuine progress to be made. I counsel from a Christian worldview and am EMDR trained. I use attachment theory in my practice to help clients and couples work through challenging family dynamics, communication issues, past trauma, spiritual growth and development, religious abuse, personality and temperament, identity, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and life-stage transitions. I do not work with children or teens.
