About

I believe that positive growth and change occur in the context of healthy relationships. The relationship that one has with oneself is foundational to healthy relating. Counseling is an avenue for better understanding oneself as well as oneself in relationship with others.

I primarily work with adults with concerns related to relationship issues, identity issues, anxiety, depression and stress management. I provide both traditional and web-based sessions. View my website for more detailed information about my services.

I provide in-person counseling. I'm also a Board Certified Telemental Health (BC-TMH) counselor providing sessions via a HIPAA-compliant virtual office. Some insurances do not cover telemental health. Email is my preferred contact method and has faster response time. Our emails can be encrypted if needed. Email at [email protected].
